Repair Guarantee

Within the period of repair guarantee and it using under normal methods, the unit  still failure arose; then consumer just show Manufacturer the repair guarantee card and purchase receipt and the manufacturer will offer free fixing service accordingly,

1.The manufacturer will offer 2 years free fixing service after consumer bought it and used it under the manufacturer's instruction; After 2 years the manufacturer only charge basic cost for fixing service

2, We will charge the fixing service fee during the period of repair guarantee; the problem as follow;

1)The consumer can not offer the repair guarantee cad and valid purchase receipt

2) The valid repair guarantee period is end

3)The problems cause by incorrect used and  incorrect fixing by consumer

4)The problems caused by drop, extrusion ,high temperature, corrosion, and other objects drop into the unit, bad power supply etc

5)The problems caused by disaster, war and force majeure etc

6)The failure caused by unauthorized chamber or person

7)The unit without manufacturer name or the mark is not clear, damaged,

3.The consumer should respond the transportation fee, in case of the unit need to fix or maintenance, and also please send both the repair guarantee card and purchase receipt to the authorized repair center;

4.The appearance of the unit and some easily breakage accessories not including in this repair guarantee scope;

5.Please keep this card well, the manufacturer will not respond any lost by consumer
